We are grateful for the numerous blessings and graces God has showered on us over the years, and this is a significant endeavor for us.
HOLY FAMILY CONVENT HIGH SCHOOL completes 135 years of its glorious existence this year.
Mother Marie Therese Haze, our Foundress, was a visionary who dedicated her life to the education of the young, especially the poor and marginalized.
Our founder believed that education should not be merely limited to the transmission of knowledge. It was essential for students to develop a strong moral compass and to imbibe the values of empathy, kindness, and forgiveness. She wanted her sisters to reach out to the poorest of the poor, the downtrodden, and the underprivileged, and while doing so, strive towards strengthening their faith in God. As we embark onward on the journey of educating children, all of us should strive not only towards making students successful in their respective careers but also endowed with the much-needed qualities of kindness, empathy, honesty, and integrity. Our goal remains to empower children by educating them so that they become an asset to society.
The school stands for academic excellence, the development of skills, and character formation based on the love of God and the service of people to achieve its educational goal.
We are extending our gratitude to all the former principals for their dedicated and committed service over the years, which brought glory and honor to the school. We also appreciate the hard work and self-sacrificing spirit of the teaching and non-teaching staff who served the school and have now retired.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the staff, parents, and the Parent-Teacher Association for supporting us. I hope this long association helps us in all our future endeavors.
May Holy Family Convent High School continue to live up to its motto, “Truth is my light.” God bless!
